last night was great as far as the entertainment. j-live, giant panda, people under the stairs. great show. i got to talk to j-live before the show, he's a cool cat. i bought each groups' lp and got them to sign it all. as for the crowd, it wasn't what i expected. the vibe wasn't all there, but the music was great. you would think that it would be diverse, but it was mainly white. not to mention how people were dancing, it's socially concious lyrics. . and they're freaking?!?! i guess if that's how you get down, that's cool but don't make a trish sandwich out of it. it was about damn time that lex and i attended a show. we had a great time, we were rocking it. we were breakin' it down, doin' the hip hop thang. man, truly dope experience to start of the collection with autographed lps and getting to chat with them. unfortunately i didn't bring a camera, so all these memories are safe with me.

i am currently in the middle of cleaning my room, like thoroughly cleaning my room. i have a habit of doing that. . i can never just clean my room, without making it an extensive project. ya, stupid obsessive compulsive disorder.

i had a great weekend just talking to my sister and parents. a lot of interesting conversations that were really thought provoking. i had dinner with my sister on friday, chatted with both of my parents that night. hung out with my mom on saturday, ugh we went to that health & beauty expo. it was nice getting free stuff, but as it progressed i felt disgusted by all the products that were being handed out. it was a ploy by the corporation to get us to by products and make us feel ugly. yuck! i got offered ozomatli tickets too, but i had to pass it up since j-live was in town. sunday i went to 5 o' clock mass, palm sunday, went to the gym with mom.

tomorrow, school begins. i think im almost ready. my room is thrashed. i'll leave it at that.
