tell me does this ever happen to you?

you have a long day. you're tired as hell and you just don't feel like talking. so someone goes up to you and you just don't want to put the effort into talking. you start to become really irritated by this person still trying to hold a conversation with you. then they get mad and say some smart remark. . like "i shouldn't have come home", then they walk out making you feel like you're the biggest shithead in the world? that's where it went wrong today.

it started on thursday when i got home from school. i just fell asleep. i slept the whole day when i was actually supposed to be babysitting. i woke up around 12 a.m. i had a hard time trying to go back to sleep. around 4 a.m. my mom walks into my room trying to have a mother-daughter moment. i just don't feel like it, but i just deal for a while. friday, i have tae kwon do at 9 a.m., mind you i've been awake since 7 a.m. so i had all the time to get ready. but i was captivated by the world of the internet for too long, plus there's still stupid construction in pq. i was 5 minutes late to class, and out of no where my teacher decides to reread the class rules. "do not be late to class." yes. i felt like a moron. the one day i'm late, he reads it. i'm the last late comer at that moment. then people walk in after he's done with his whole speal. great isn't it. session starts and i just have this excruciating abdomnial pain. i had to sit out. no i'm not on my period. when i finally joined, we were holding ot positions for a long time. grand master taught us for the first half. he's a strict teacher, but a relaxed fella. so we just standing in horse position with our arm extended for a long time. my leg starts shaking, as soon i stood up it started shaking. my body was just aching.

this morning i wake up and my body is stiff. my thighs are throbbing. i have my first dance practice today. i half assed it. i couldn't bend. i was able to do the steps during the first five minutes and then my body just failed. i felt like an old woman, i was bent over, i couldn't take regular strides. they were big strides because i couldn't bend my knees. i'm just sore as hell right now.

my mom then comes home asking me if i want to go to seafood city with her. i say no, for obvious reasons. she asks why, i say my body hurts. . . my mom does this nagging thing where she keeps repeating, "heh?" in a nasal voice. still insisting that i accompany her. i'm just not having it, and i said no again. she then says, i shouldn't have come home.

now that i've typed this all out, i'm over it.

yesterday was pretty cool. lex, jenny, and i went to the rex navarrete show. first act-eh (jupiter beats) 2 act-made me realize that incubus has good lyrics (cover band called code brown) 3rd act- ROCKED!! it was bambu and faniks. for those of you who don't know, i'm a devout groupie. ha. lex and i were pretty much the only ones rockin' it last night during his performance. that's how gerald saw me from a distance. bambu is dope as hell, but the group didn't respond very well to it. 4th act- rex navarrete. cool ma'amsir! "if the world was a nostril and you were a booger, i'd pick you." = )

today it's a toss up between a free hip hop show and mt. carmel's play "guys and dolls." we'll see what i write about next.
